What are your service hours?
We offer flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our clients, ensuring support is available whenever required. For North America coverage we can work EST or PST. For customers with headquarters in middle east countries, we maintain support on Thursay and Friday for your workforce around the globe. Other hours arrangements can be customized.
Do you have any retainers?
No, we do not require retainers. Our services are designed to be flexible and cost-effective for growing businesses. You can contract us today and cancel at any time with a 30 day notice. We will also support you on the transition to the new service provider. But we are so sure you will love to work with us that we think this would not even be necessary! Service payment is due on the last working day of each month.
What is included in your IT support services?
Each contract is made of buckets. You choose what your team needs and we allocate a professional from our end to deliver.
You´ll always have a central point of contact to all of your account matters and an escalation point if needed. Any additional offering not listed here can be negotiated through our business partners so you don´t have to deal with new contracts, different payment methods and so on. We simplify it for you so you can focus on your business growth.
